EVERYONE from Forged by Creation has been so awesome, friendly, helpful, attentive and great listeners! They listen to everything you are explaining that you would like to see in your home. And they give great suggestions also. My builder recommended them because he has always used them for all his personal homes that he built! What better way to refer someone than to have that kind of referral! He also referred them on homes he builds, because my builder only uses contractors that do a perfect job, and he is always onsite to answer any questions. He also only uses contractors that respect your home and property! But they are also great to work with and don’t have to be watched as they work, you know what I mean, they do such a perfect job. Forged by Creation checks ALL the boxes! You can’t go wrong with using them. I will use them again in the near future and I will also be referring them to all my new neighbors as they build, and I will be able to show they the kind of work they do! I’m not good with names or I would list everyone I have come in contact with at their office, but Britt and Jordon are two that I remember the best! Britt came out and measured to be able to give us a bid then came back out to get a precision measurement for the perfect fit! And Jordon helped me with lots of other decisions that I needed help with! Thanks everyone for all you do!
We have used Forged by Creation on multiple properties and projects over the years. They always have been a pleasure to work with! Highly professional and a keep you updated throughout the process. Britt, Todd, and Jordan are very helpful and the installers are very clean and do a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company.
Forged by Creation installed quartz countertops for us in our kitchen, butler’s pantry, window seals, and our bathrooms. I don’t typically leave reviews, but they went over and beyond my expectations with their honesty and willingness to help resolve issues created by other contractors so here I am.
We originally hired Forged by Creation to also install marble on one of our fireplaces, but after measuring the fireplace, Britt was upfront and told us the walls on the fireplace were not straight. He can install the marble, but marble will not hide the issue. It would be best to use a tile of some sort. I found his honesty very refreshing.
Lastly, we have had a long going issue with getting our new windows installed. After Forged by Creation had completed installing all of the quartz and been paid in full, the windows finally showed up for installation. The windows (that were supposed to be installed months ago) no longer fit in the holes because of the quartz. The quartz had to come out and be reinstalled after the windows were installed. I called Britt and he quickly sent out help. They ended up having to make two extra trips out to our home to remove the quartz, resize the quartz, and reinstall the quartz … all at no extra cost!
If you’re looking for honest people who will leave you with a beautiful product, look no further.
Just completed a bathroom remodel and had Forged by Creation do our countertops and sinks. They were great to work with, communicated throughout the process and worked with my schedule to do the install. Very pleased with their work and nice people, too.
Very pleased with Forged by creation from the time we picked out our granite the job was completed in a timely manor. Months later they helped us with a windowsill piece and had it in one day. Thank you to everyone who work there.
We used Forged for a big reno project at one of our apartment complexes. They never failed to deliver great product and customer service!
